AC brings to the Institute her experience as an Herbalist, herb farmer, product-maker,
educator and podcaster who has been growing herbs since 2012. From her herb farm in Central New York, on the traditional lands of the Oneida people, she grows
hundreds of varieties of medicinal herbs, fruits, trees and fungi. Under the brand name Traveling Herb Farmer, AC creates small-batch, hand-made herbal remedies including salves, tinctures, teas and more, at TravelingHerbFarmer.com

Gabriel brings to the Institute four decades of experience as a practitioner and teacher of Herbal Medicine, Aromatherapy, and an original approach to bodywork using
essential oils called Aromatic Acupressure. His way of working with medicinal plants
has a strong aromatic as well as holistic diagnostic emphasis, based as it is on
traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) as well as a sound understanding of the chemistry and scientific activities of herbs. Gabriel’s internationally published book
Aromatherapy for Healing the Spirit also reflects his  knowledge of plant symbolism.
